Hello from NOTE THE DAY's studio! My name is Jen. I'm a Swedish-American designer living in St. Paul with my husband and our sweet puppy, Pippi Longstocking.
In Scandinavian culture, everyday moments are savored and celebrated as much as life's bigger celebrations. Influenced by my Swedish heritage, my design hopes to "note" the small and big moments in life, equally.
In addition to designing invitations, cards and baby clothes, I was a contributing author to The Business of Holidays (Maud Lavin, Editor), a book about the commercial culture of holidays in the U.S., and I exhibited work about democratic design while earning an MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
